It is exactly as advertised. Small studio and everything in it works well. Neighbors are all great. Enjoyed my stay there. Was walkable to my work and 7 Train which is one stop from the LIRR. When I needed a rideshare I never waited more than 5 minutes. Smart TV has streaming apps, Roku, and Airplay. In two weeks I saw zero crime and I was out during early and late hours. Felt very safe. An abundance of places to eat out or get delivery. C-Town grocery store close by. Full size refrigerator, utensils, plates and bowls. Coffee maker and blender. Shower was very nice and always hot water.

The property was very spacious, comfortable beds and all the amenities that it provides in the description. Everyone in the neighborhood made us feel welcoming. We had access to nearby transportation, restaurants and city attractions. The owner was very attentive and immediately answered any of our questions. We hope to stay at this property next time. We loved the location, super close to multiple subway stations. Great location in Times Square as well. It was very nice that they were able to store our luggage before our check in as well as after so we could explore more before having a late flight.
